-This office did not communicate with us hardly at all. When we met in person, the lawyer assigned to the case acted like she had spoken with us on the phone, when in fact she had not. She also acted like she was familiar with the case when obviously she was not.
There was no preparation for anything. It was very disappointing. It was very hard to even give one star.
